The major research interest is in contaminant migration and transformation mechanism, watershed non point source pollution, lake eutrophication control, organic chemical biodegradation, regional ecological safety assessment, and water environmental protection. She has revealed the nitrogen and phosphor migration and transformation mechanism, developed the theory of bio-degradation of organic pollutant in soil, and proposed the method of diagnose the regional ecological safety. She published over 50 papers, among which 15 are indexed by SCI & EI. She serves as the vice chair of Ecological Association of Jiangsu Province, and Director of Ocean and Lake Association of Jiangsu Province. |
