The Desert Research Institute professor Kumud Acharya visit the GCWC (Center for Global Change and Water Cycle of Hohai University) in November 10, 2009. Prof. Kumud Acharya give a speech about "Challenges to Meet the Demends of Human Water Needs" in the State Key Laboratory of Hydrology-Water Resources and Hydraulic Engineering, and discuss the climate and environment change with the teachers and the students. Prof.Yu Zhongbo, Prof. Lv Haishen, and Prof. Zhu Yonghua of Hohai University take part in the academic exchange activities.
