Lu’s researches focus on the fields of sediment and River Dynamics. Develop a software about 3-Dimensionel flow and sediment mathematical model. He led or took part in over 30 key and main projects funded by provinces and ministries in China. He has published 1 book and 60 papers 20 of which have been indexed by SCI/EI. He won one Grade-I and one Grade-II ministry National Prizes for the Progress in Science and Technology. He was selected as young and middle-aged leader of science and technology by the Jiangsu Province 333 High Level Talents Program.
