Prof. Tang’s research focus on Hydrodynamics, Physical and Numerical modeling of Fluid and Sediment Transport, Processes in Open-Channel or Reservoir, Experimental Fluid Dynamics, River management, Flow and sediment transport. He led or took part in National Program on Key Basic Research Program, Funding for non-profit public research project of Ministry of Water Resources, National Natural Science Foundation of China and so on. He has published more than 140 papers, 30 of which selected by SCI/EI indexed. Published 6 books, such as: Advanced Fluid Measurement and Test Technology and its Application, Hydraulice mesurement tecniques. He won The Second Prize for Achievements in Scientific Research of China issued by People’s Republic of China two times and The First Prize for Achievements in Scientific Research of Jiangsu Province issued by Jiangsu Government one time. He is the director of Hydrualic Measurement Committee of Chinese Hydraulic Engineering Society, Vice-Director of Hydrualics Committee of Chinese Hydraulic Engineering Society. |
